Consulting & Design

We prefer to "design" systems with a purpose rather than "just put it there".  Modern AV systems are most efficient & powerful when they are integrated properly with each other.  An AV system that is not properly integrated will cost time and money.  This is why you need to choose a consultant who is experienced in all aspects of audio, video, lighting, control, operation and training.

Our design services include onsite consulting, system assessment, new site planning and full 2D, 3D and wire schematic drawings. We also will provide design specs for self-installations and other installers.  Click on the deliverable items to the right to see some examples.

Installation & Integration

A proper installation will save time and money.  We provide full installation and integration for audio, video, lighting and control systems.  We are licensed C7 contractors (#) with certifications from many manufacturers and 3rd party sources.

Training

An AV system can only function as well as its operator.  We provide many levels of training for audio and video systems.  From full day training seminars to private hourly training, we will improve skills at any level.

Configuration, programming & Tuning

Modern AV systems are held together by software and configurations.  We provide configuration and tuning service for our installations and existing installations. Many times existing equipment does not need to be replaced, just tuned and configured properly. After assessing your system we can tune the audio, video or lighting system to work optimally for you.

Documentation

We believe that taking time to properly document a system will save time and resources in the future. We offer options for full documentation including full CAD wire diagrams, cable labels and component specs. We also offer partial documentation options and self install instructions as options for tight budgets.

Pre-Visualization

We use 3D software to pre-visualize a room with all the AV equipment, lighting, seating and people. This give us a chance to make choices on equipment and placement before anything is purchased or even built.  We have been able to save our clients future issues by looking at sight lines and equipments placement before construction even begins.

We also use 3D acoustical analysis software to anticipate basic acoustic properties of a space and sound coverage of speakers.
